Terms of Service
Last updated: June 12, 2026
1. Acceptance of terms
By creating an account or using the Wadili Delivery Lebanon platform (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. The Service
Wadili Delivery connects customers who need items picked up and delivered with independent drivers who provide motorcycle, car, and truck delivery services across Lebanon. Wadili Delivery facilitates the connection and payment between customers and drivers but does not itself transport goods.
3. Accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. You must be legally able to enter into binding contracts to use the Service.
4. Orders, pricing and payment
Delivery fees are calculated based on vehicle type, distance, and the pricing in effect at the time the order is placed. Prices, promo codes, and ride credit are subject to change and are validated at the time of each order. Payment may be made in cash on delivery or online through our supported payment provider, depending on the option selected at checkout. All prices in the app are displayed in US Dollars (USD). Where payment is made in cash, the amount may be collected in US Dollars, Lebanese Pounds, or a combination, based on the exchange rate in effect at the time of delivery. Wadili Delivery is not responsible for exchange-rate differences between the time an order is placed and the time payment is collected.
5. Wallet and ride credit
Ride credit and wallet balances are denominated in US Dollars and may only be used towards orders placed through the Service. Ride credit is non-transferable between accounts and cannot be redeemed for cash or withdrawn. Driver wallet balances represent earnings owed to the driver and are handled according to the payout process described in the app.
6. Cancellations
Customers and drivers may cancel an order in accordance with the cancellation options shown in the app. Repeated cancellations or no-shows may affect your ability to use the Service. See our Refund Policy for details on cancellation fees and refunds.
7. Driver conduct
Drivers are independent contractors and are expected to handle items with care, follow traffic laws, and treat customers respectfully. Customers may rate drivers after each delivery; ratings help us maintain service quality.
8. Prohibited items
You may not request delivery of illegal goods, weapons, hazardous materials, or any item prohibited under Lebanese law. Wadili Delivery and its drivers reserve the right to refuse any order that appears to violate this policy.
9. Account suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate your account, or restrict your access to the Service, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or abusive behavior, or repeatedly cancelled orders or failed to be available for pickup (no-shows). Where possible, we will notify you of the reason for the suspension or termination.
10. Limitation of liability
The Service is provided on an "as is" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wadili Delivery is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including delays, lost items, or driver conduct, beyond the value of the affected order.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
12. General provisions
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Wadili Delivery regarding the Service. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
